The subscription fee shall be billed on a monthly basis. No refunds will be issued for any minutes utilized. To cancel your subscription, you must notify us by contacting support@jgrobomarketing.com. All cancellation requests must be submitted seven business days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid incurring additional charges.
